ABOUT *

I’m Grace and I’m a proud Malaysian from Kuching, Sarawak. I came to Melbourne in 2022 for a uni degree and I’m still here.

I was excited to study Advertising at RMIT but unfortunately got locked in at UniMelb.

So I studied Commerce then promptly swapped to study Media and Communications & Politics and International studies.

I graduated in 2025 and took up AWARD School in 2026, caving in to a friend who did it before.

I was still working in digital marketing but in AWARD School I realised how much I love ideas and writing.

See how performative I was, ideating in the forest.

I don’t think I ever stopped thinking of an idea or insight until I hit ‘submit’ at the end.

In my free time, I’m also a singing teacher, a mentor to young Christian students, and I love bouldering.

I’m working my way to an unassisted pull-up.
